Today I went to the Cardio Agility class and came away feeling great. I was still the sweatiest person in the room–my area of the floor looked like I’d splashed water on it from all my rolling around and whatnot. My legs were not shaky when I finished. No muscles are currently screaming at me. I worked hard, too. There were lots of step-ups while holding bars and sprinting. I am weakest on things like lunges with weights and strongest on some of the core stuff. I had a partner today who was really nice…Sam.
Perhaps the reason it went better today was that I came straight from a get-together with girlfriends. Cathy, Claire, and our friend Carrie and I had a second breakfast at Magnolia Cafe. Yum!
Today my big tasks are to send an email to Coach Meredith describing what I’d tentatively laid out as my schedule and to work on the organization in the garage.
