I Just Might Cry

I ran for the first time on Sunday. I did my 3-mile loop in the ‘hood without walking. It was the hardest run I’ve done in a long, long time.

Afterward, I went out for a wonderful brunch with friends. I came home, sat down in a chair, and fell asleep.

I napped for a good hour that afternoon.

Ironman in June/wiped out by a 3-mile run in December.

I have to laugh or I just might cry.
