Tired

I woke up this morning exhausted. Combo of late nights, early mornings, and then last night, waking up with horrible heartburn that ate up a lot of my sleep time.

My plan had been to work out early but I wound up attempting to go back to sleep after delivering the boy child to summer band. Fitful dozing at best. If possible, I feel even more tired now.

Right now, I can’t decide if exercise is going to help or hurt things.

  1. Right now, I can\’t decide if exercise is going to help or hurt things.
It\’ll help. Or it might hurt. Either way, suit up, get going, if you don\’t feel great/better after 10 mins, pull the plug knowing you gave it a go. Besides, it\’ll only get hotter and more unappealing as the day heats up … Follow the workout with a full-fat scone and tea then a nap. You\’re welcome.

    1. I tend to follow the \”20 minute\” rule as well. The vast majority of the time I end up following through once I get started.

That said, If the dread of the workout is greater than the dread of not, give yourself a break. Just recognize it for what it is: a time-out, and you only get so many per game. 🙂
